Hiring a Professional and Independent Recruiter
Their primary role is to source, interview, and select qualified candidates for our clients. The Recruiter position will include ALL hiring associated processes and initial greeting of potential staff.
Recruiters are required to work closely with Account managers to provide proper candidate flow and provide an accessible candidate pipeline that lessens our time to hire and reduces turnover. A recruiter should have incredible time management skills along with the ability to be self sufficient, organized, and handle multiple ongoing tasks and projects on a day-to-day basis.
